Pro milovníky Alp, lyžování, snb a horské turistiky v únoru pořádáme prodloužený víkend ashtangy v krásném AlpenRetreat - meditačním a jógovém centru v Tyrolských Alpách. Je to krásná velikánská chalupa s úžasnými prostory pro praxi, moc hezkými pokoji a zázemím. Na videu (viz. dole) se můžete podívat jak to tam vypadá.
Centrum se nachází nedaleko Zugspitzarena lyžařského střediska (Lermoose, Ehrwald, Biberwier, Berwang, Zugspitze), autem asi 10-20 min. Cesta z Prahy do AlpenRetreat trvá přibližně 4-5 hodin.
Lekce jógy se budou skládat z ranní mysore praxe (nebo vedené lekce) a pozdních odpoledních lekcí filosofie, lehkých ásanových workshopů a meditace. Přes den budeme mít čas na lyžování a obdivování hor.

Cena zahrnuje čtyři noci ubytování ve dvou-lůžkových pokojích (jednolůžkový pokoj za příplatek €15/noc) , vegetariánskou/veganskou plnou penzi a ranní a večerní lekce jógy. Doprava a skipass nejsou v ceně.
Lekce budou vyučovány v angličtině a češtině.

ASHTANGA RETREAT
IN THE AUSTRIAN ALPS
Join us for a five day ashtanga retreat at the beautiful Alpen Retreat center in Fernpass, Austria. Come to combine the love of ashtanga yoga, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, a mountain scenery, delicious vegetarian food, chilling, reading and meeting interresting people. Yoga classes will take place in the mornings and late afternoons leaving enough time for winter sports or just a relaxation in the center.
Located near a main pass through the Alps, the AlpenRetreat is situated on the “Via Claudia Augusta”, a historic Roman road utilized by countless travelers including Napoleon during his march into Italy. At 1200 meters, this 500 year old former manor house blends seamlessly into a mountain panorama of pine forests, jagged peaks and crystal clear Alpine lakes.

Full price includes accommodation (4 nights) in double bedrooms (single occupancy available for an added €15 fee per night), vegetarian/vegan full board, leisure tax and yoga classes. Travel and ski pass are not included.

Directions (by car):
30min drive from the German border, 1 ½ hr from Italy and 1 hr from Switzerland to the AlpenRetreat on the Tyrolean Fernpass.
Located on the Tyrolean Fernpass, in the north-west of Austria, close to the German border the AlpenRetreat is easily reached via the Fernpassstrasse B179 (E532).
At the top of the Fernpass (Fernpasshöhe) there is a petrol station named "Dolle". Opposite of it on the other side of the street is a roadside restaurant (Fernpaß Rast), a red building, and a big yellow building (the former Fernpass hotel). Follow the small street between the restaurant and the yellow house for about 200m and you have reached the AlpenRetreat.
In winter it is compulsory in Austria to have winter tires on your car. Although the Fernpassstrasse is well maintained and therefore easily accessible, sometimes the streets can still be covered in snow.
